Dear Yanica,
From the first moment I met you, I fell in love with you. I never wanted this life for you, I never wanted you to be a monster like me. I was foolish to think I could actually have a relationship with you. Liam, by now, has gone back to Gabriel, the man who is coming after me...and he's told him I am in fact here. He'll also try to use you to hurt me, and I can't let that happen. You need to leave Deva. I know you want to stay and fight, but Yanica you can't...you have to go. Writing this isn't easy, but it's easier then saying it to your face and watching you cry. That night when you saved me, I broke my rules, I had to have blood and I killed someone and then tried to turn her. I've never turned anyone before, and when I didn't work, I just left here there...at least I thought it didn't work. I hurt Magdalena...and now I have no idea what to do. Turing her because I felt guilty was stupid. I am a danger to you, even in your vampire form. So tomorrow at sundown, I am going to go to Gabriel. This is the only way I can protect you, because I've lost to many people I love.
